Bianchi Village Sidi Abdel Rahman has been developed by Developer X, one of the best entities in the Egyptian real estate market.

It is a branch of Al-Shoura Holding Group, which is a joint venture between Bianchi for Tourism Investment, Real Estate and Development under the patronage of the company’s Chairman of the Board, Naji Arian, and Ahmed Fouad, CEO of Developer X.

Developer X, executing the village of Bianchi North Coast, has signed a joint agreement for the company to complete the second phase of the project.

The agreement was signed by the CEO of X-developer Ahmed Fouad, and Bianchi Chairman Naji El-Erian.
