The New sheikh Zayed city is one of the new residential cities related to the ministry of housing and urban communities.it’s considered to be a luxurious extension for Sheikh Zayed neighborhood and characterized by its fast and easy access to the neighborhood
of East Cairo and North Coast through the new road network that built in the areas surrounding this extension as well its proximity to the new sphinx airport and the grand Egyptian museum which its launching will nourish this area.
especially, it’s built over an area of 2.1 million m² and designed to offer spacious homes ranging from flat villas to town and twin houses , it lets homeowners to enjoy greenery and endless views of nature so it gives you the experience of living in a resort . it’s considered to be a new thinking of the mixed -use project and integrated developments
It’s planned that population will reach between 300000 up to 1000000 after the expansion phase of sheikh Zayed .

Sheikh Zayed new expansions cover 21000 acres divided into two phases
First phase :- the land area is about 8300 acres and it’s located west of Sheikh Zayed city and it has about 5000 acres suitable to be built on it . the residential area in this stage estimated to be nearly 10 billion pounds.
Second phase :- the land area is about 2500 acres and it’s located east of Sheikh Zayed city, the lands of second stage are lands belonging to the Green Revolution Society owned by individuals , companies and this stage doesn’t have any areas to be built on it .

it offers 72942 units that are suitable for different categories ( social housing , medium housing , above average housing and investment housing )
also,There are about 1850 acres for housing projects of the urban communities authority and for real estate companies to offer different projects with different services and amenities .
