Al Ahly Sabbour Developments Company is the responsible company that established the Gaia North Coast village.

Headed by Eng. Hussein Sabbour, and in partnership with the National Bank of Egypt, Al Ahly Real Estate Development is one of the well-known Egyptian companies.

It was established in 1994, which has implemented many tourism and real estate projects in Egypt and 24 companies of them in a successful and distinguished manner, which distinguishes Sabbour projects in the North Coast.

 Al-Ahly Sabbour, the real estate developer of the Gaia North Coast project, participated in the first Egyptian real estate exhibition in North America, Tiba Scape exhibition, and the exhibition was implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Immigration and the Egyptian Embassy in Canada.
